Jessica Lee is a young human capital professional passionate about being a catalyst for positive change in society and organizations. Jessica was a management consultant for 5 years (where she met Herag on a client project) and a project manager for a Fortune 500 company leading the development and execution of an organizational strategy for managing the people-side of enterprise change. Having led organizational change efforts, Jessica is eager and excited to blend her professional experience with her heart for social good to lead change in organizations’ and society’s perceptions about Autism Spectrum Disorder and the special needs community.
Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Global Business from the University of Southern California. Since her time at USC as an intern with the Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab she has always known that she wanted to pursue a purpose-driven career and she is excited to be starting The Spectrum Works with fellow Trojan alums!
In her free time she enjoys being outdoors: hiking, playing tennis, and relaxing at the beach. She loves exploring and going on adventures locally and globally, and at any moment, almost always has an upcoming trip to look forward to.
