is a non-profit organization dedicated to transitioning
gifted individuals on the autism spectrum into valuable talent for corporations
HOW IT WORKS
We start with corporations by promoting neurodiversity and identifying appropriate jobs.
We connect with the autism community to find and screen gifted adults on the spectrum.
We provide education and training based on the appropriate accommodations identified.
We support corporations and these adults to ensure sustained employment.
We help Corporations embrace Neurodiversity and identify appropriate Jobs
We work with the autism community to find and Screen adults with autism
We identify pre-employment (HR process) and post-employment (Workplace) Accommodations to enable successful transition
We conduct self-advocacy, workplace and Job Specific Training for our Clients
We provide Neurodiversity Education for the Corporation at various levels
