TRANSITION &
ON-GOING SUPPORT
A Neurodiverse Workplace
where the gifts of adults with autism are leveraged
as valuable talent for corporations
"The majority of costs related to autism are incurred during adulthood, principally due to the cost of residential care as well as loss of productivity, underemployment and unemployment among adults with autism. Services for adults are both lacking and expensive."
Autism Speaks Research
"I firmly believe that companies could always benefit from having employees who see things in an unconventional way, which is something to remember any time an individual on the spectrum is seeking a job."
James Mahoney - Autism at Work Program, JPMorgan Chase
